Please Meet ... Donald B. Formoso

We are busy at Peacock Keller, and that spells growth. Let us introduce you to our new associate.

Our new associate, Donald B. Formoso, joined us October 18, 2010. A native of nearby Beaver, Don had a strong interest in music as a percussionist at Beaver High (which interest continues). When he moved on to the University of Pittsburgh, he earned his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Politics and Philosophy, graduating magna cum laude in 2005. Along the way, he was a teaching assistant and was elected to Phi Sigma Pi and other honor societies.

He entered the University of Pittsburgh School of Law in 2006, graduating in 2009, having been active in trial and appellate Moot Court. He concentrated studies in business and corporations. He also served as a legal extern for Judge Robert J. Colville in Allegheny County. During and after law school Don worked as a law clerk in Pittsburgh for American Eagle Outfitters, Inc., where he acquired extensive experience in business, corporate and intellectual property law and practice.

At Peacock Keller, Don will concentrate his practice on estate planning and administration and on business and corporate practice. He is admitted to the Pennsylvania Supreme Court and the Federal Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania. Don is a member of the Allegheny and Washington County Bars and the Pennsylvania Bar Association.

Don and his brand new wife, Amanda, live in Pittsburgh, where she works in the communications department of Federated Investors. Don has an interest in community service dating back to his Key Club days at Beaver High School. He is a member of the Knights of Columbus and has a lasting interest in economic development activity.

We invite our clients and friends to become acquainted with this new talented professional at Peacock Keller.
