Andrew S. Chumney
Andrew S. Chumney attended Washington and Jefferson College where he graduated cum laude in 2000 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in History. While an undergraduate, Andrew aided in a study for the Washington County Bar Association in which he interviewed and compiled biographical information of distinguished members of the Washington County Bar. In 2003, Andrew received his Juris Doctorate from Duquesne University School of Law, serving as Executive Articles Editor for the Duquesne Law Review. While in law school, Andrew completed a judicial internship with the Honorable Donald E. Zeigler and clerked with the Pittsburgh firm of Portnoy & Quinn.
Andrew was born in Cambridge, Ohio and since moving to Washington County has been active in Big Brothers/Big Sisters of Washington County and served as a coach for the Canonsburg Youth Baseball League and Canon-McMillan Youth Basketball League. After joining Peacock, Keller & Ecker in August 2003, Andrew rotated among various sections within the firm, and now focuses his practice in the areas of mineral law and real estate.
Andrew and his wife, Jennifer, currently reside in McMurray with their son, Christian.
