Lawrence E. Ging
Lawrence E. Ging attended the University of Pittsburgh at Johnstown, where he graduated cum laude in 2000 with a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism. While an undergraduate, Larry worked for the University's student newspaper, serving first as a copy editor before being elected the news editor. During his senior year, Larry was nominated for and received the John McHugh Memorial Award for excellence in advanced reporting. Following his undergraduate studies, Larry attended the Duquesne University School of Law, where he earned his Juris Doctorate in 2003. While in law school, Larry worked in the Narcotics Division of the Allegheny County District Attorney's Office. In his final year, he also served as a law clerk to the Honorable Maureen Lally-Green of the Pennsylvania Superior Court.
Following graduation, Larry worked for Pittsburgh firms concentrating his practice in toxic tort litigation, legal malpractice defense, and general insurance defense. With Peacock Keller, Larry's practice focuses on civil litigation.
Larry is a member of the Allegheny County, Washington County, and Pennsylvania Bar Associations. He currently resides in Pleasant Hills with his wife, Julie.
