Heike E. Mills
Heike E. Mills attended West Virginia University where she graduated summa cum laude in 1991 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English. Prior to beginning her postgraduate work in 2000, she worked in the real estate title and appraising industry. In 2003, she received her Juris Doctorate from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law. During law school, Heike interned with Southwestern Pennsylvania Legal Aid Services and the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection.
After graduation, Heike practiced for three years in general litigation for firms in Pittsburgh and Washington County. Since joining Peacock, Keller & Ecker, LLP in May 2006, she has focused primarily on Estate Planning and Administration, Real Estate, and Business/Corporation law.
Heike is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association and its Agricultural Law Committee, and she belongs to the Washington County Bar Association. She is also a member of the Pennsylvania and Washington County Farm Bureau, the National Brownfield Association, and Phi Beta Kappa Society. Heike lives on a farm in Claysville with her husband, Todd, and sons, Jurek and Nathaniel.
