Editor's Note: This is the first in a series of short articles addressing our satellite offices.
The Waynesburg Office of Peacock Keller was opened on January 1, 1987, at 102 East High Street, fully staffed by Mary K. Pruss, Esquire, who continues to this day to maintain her primary practice there. The office is conveniently located near the Greene County Court House.
Mary has helped our Greene County clients (as well as clients from Washington County) with problems associated with divorce, cus- tody, support, civil litigation, real estate, estate planning and estate administration.
The Peacock Keller office in Waynesburg also provides a “home away from home” for several real estate title searchers who are working on surface and mineral rights in Greene County. The office is further utilized by other attorneys of the firm to meet with clients from Greene County, or southern Washington County clients who may find Waynesburg more convenient. Many of our other attorneys are accustomed to practicing before President Judge H. Terry Grimes and Judge William R. Nalitz in the Greene County Court of Common Pleas.
The current full-time staff of the Waynesburg Office, in addition to Mary, includes Pamela Molinaro who wears many hats. She welcomes clients, answers the phone and attends to all the other duties of secretary, notary, and quasi-paralegal of organizing files, making exhibits and otherwise assisting in trial preparation.
Our Waynesburg Office is proud to maintain a reputation of a friendly and welcoming atmosphere where clients can feel comfortable in coming for help with their legal problems.
