With the approach of winter, a reminder of some recent legal requirements for drivers is appropriate. (1) When windshield wipers are in use, continuous or intermittent, driving head and other lights must be on. (2) Failure to remove snow and ice from your vehicle is a punishable offense if the show or ice is later dislodged while your vehicle is moving and causes death or injury to others.
