Peacock Keller's School Law department advises school districts throughout Western Pennsylvania on all legal matters relating to public education. Peacock Keller serves as solicitor for five school districts in Washington and Greene Counties and represents a number of other school districts on all educational related issues, including student disciplinary matters, labor and employment issues, special education matters and insurance defense claims.The firm has counseled school district clients for over 50 years and one of our school solicitors, Barbara Graham, is a past president of the Pennsylvania School Board Solicitors Association. Our school solicitors regularly speak to educators, school boards and other solicitors regarding school law issues and also attend similar seminars in an effort to be fully apprised of the ever-changing area of education law.
