In October, Mrs. Marcinkevicius joined Peacock Keller's Energy Department and will focus her practice on energy matters, including mineral title.
Jenna K. Marcinkevicius graduated, magna cum laude, from West Virginia University's College of Business and Economics, and from the University's Honors College, with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Business Management in 2007. She then attended Duquesne University School of Law, earning her Juris Doctor in 2010, cum laude.
During law school, Jenna received the Public Interest Fellowship Award which allowed her to intern for both the Allegheny County Family Division Pro Se Assistance Program and the Allegheny County Solicitor's Office. She was also involved with the Urban Development Clinic, the Women's Law Association, and was a Legal Research Assistant for the Duquesne Center for Legal Information.
After law school, Jenna went to work in the Energy industry, first gaining a background in abstracting and then working as an Associate Attorney where she prepared Oil & Gas Title Opinions.
Jenna has also worked in-house for an exploration and production company, providing title and other related legal guidance to aid in the development of the Marcellus and Utica shale formations. As a member of Peacock Keller's Energy department, Jenna will continue to focus on energy issues, including mineral title.
Mrs. Marcinkevicius is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, as well as the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania.
