  • Sworn into the Army Air Corps Cadet Program on October 22, 1942 and rose to the rank of Lieutenant Colonel in the Judge Advocate General before retiring in 1972
  • B-17 Bomber Pilot in World War II
  • Successfully flew 35 missions over Western Europe

  • Summa Cum Laude Graduate of California University of PA with Bachelors Degrees in English, Social Science and Geography
  • Recipient of the Distinguished Service Award, the institution’s highest undergraduate honor, for his involvement in on-campus clubs and activities

Legal Career
  • Began working with future partner, Ralph Peacock, as an associate in 1951
  • Became a named partner in 1956 when the firm changed its name to Peacock, Keller & Yohe
