Roger Ecker - Our most senior litigator, Roger’s practice focuses on the areas of personal injury and wrongful death claims arising out of many different factual causes and liability situations. He also has experience in litigating deep and shallow gas extraction and other fracking issues, pipeline disputes, right-of-way issues, trespass claims, zoning, regulatory and permitting issues for coal mines, gas compressor stations and mineral facilities.
Doug Nolin - Throughout his career, Doug has handled a wide variety of litigation, including car, truck and motorcycle accidents, fire loses, insurance disputes, boundary and land disputes, farming and livestock claims, civil rights and products liability. Currently, his areas of focus are in medical malpractice defense and construction disputes, while he continues to handle a number of other types of litigation. He also provides mediation services to assist parties in dispute who choose to try to find a negotiated resolution.
Susan Roberts - Susan’s primary focus is in the area of employment law. Susan represents clients in various aspects of employment law, including actions based on race and age discrimination and sexual harassment claims. She has also litigated claims involving the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act and claims of retaliation and wrongful discharge. Susan counsels clients on a wide range of workplace issues, including employment agreements, hiring and termination decisions, employee discipline, medical leave, disability accommodation issues and personnel policies.
Frank Adams - Frank is a senior associate at the firm. Frank works in areas of litigation in state and federal courts involving employment discrimination and civil rights in the public sector, working in conjunction with the firm’s school attorneys. He also represents clients in landlord tenant and leasing disputes.
